Welcome to our web page. We are a first grade class at Grant Math/Science Magnet School in San Diego, California.
For nearly 100 years, we have been located in the beautiful and historic San Diego neighborhood of Mission Hills. Our school's magnet focus is supported by math and science labs staffed by certificated teachers. We have an active group of parents who volunteer in classrooms, publish the monthly Grant Slant newsletter, arrange visual and performing arts programs during school, and coordinate the Thursday Kids Club, which provides enrichment classes for our students after school. We also have a wonderful Gecko Garden where teachers are able to have their own plot in the garden and have activities for their classes. As you can see our school offers a lot to our students.
